The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Hon. Ginger Onwusibe winner of the House of Representatives seat for Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal Constituency of Abia State, GRASSROOT REPORTERS reports.
Hon. Onwusibe scored 20,411 votes to defeat his closest rival, ACB Agbazuere of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who scored 13,508 votes.
The result of the election was announced by the Returning Officer on Sunday morning.
