Two siblings were abducted yesterday along Calabar-Ikom Highway in Cross River State by gunmen suspected to be kidnappers.
Kenneth Abang and his sister, Eunice, were kidnapped at about 4pm at Akamkpa-Ugep axis of the highway.
GRASSROOT REPORTERS gathered that the victims were kidnapped on their way to Okund, Boki Local Government Area of Cross River State in preparation for their father’s burial scheduled for February 3rd and 4th.
Calabar-Ikom Highway has been notorious for kidnap activities in recent months.
