The Cross River State Independent Electoral Commission (CROSIEC) has released timetable for the conduct of local government elections in the state, GRASSROOT REPORTERS has gathered.

The timetable which was released today shows that conduct of party primaries starts from October to November, 2022 while submission of list of candidates ends by November 24, 2022.

The submission of nomination forms ends 2nd December, 2022.

The Chairman of the Commission, Prof. Mike Ushie urged parties to play by the rules with the greater interest of “Project Cross River” at heart.
