A special security outfit inaugurated by Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State, Operation Akpakwu, yesterday, bursted a lodge used by kidnappers along Ekengne-Okoyong axis of Odukpani Local Government Area.
Items such as human skulls, axes, guns, hard drugs, charms were discovered in the den.
Kidnapping has been on the increase in the state, prompting the governor to constitute and inaugurate the outfit which comprises of the police, army, airfoce and the navy.
The lodge was however burnt down by the security men.
