The Management of the Cross River State Water Board Limited (CRSWBL), has dismissed six of its staff for gross under performance.
The Managing Director of the Water Board, Chief Victor Effiom, announced the decision in a meeting with all the staff where all hard working field staff were rewarded by the Management.
In the same vein the MD also announced that all staff of grade level 10 who performed poorly and have served up to retirement age or years of service have been compulsorily retired, while those below grade level 10 were redeployed to other units.
Assessment was based on how much was submitted by staff from their daily bill collection from consumers,.
Staff with the highest refund and revenue collection from customers bill s’ payment was rewarded and given award while the rest who performed well were also rewarded and given awards.
